About Me

Since the early 70s, I have worked for a number of organizations in various line and staff managerial functions. In 1994, I formed a management consultancy and training firm, Alan Associates. Alan Associates’ mission was to assist people and organizations to achieve their goals. The main focus was on performance improvement at the business level, operational level, and individual level.

At Alan Associates, I had the privilege to formally mentor and coach over 500 ‘C’ level executives besides conducting issue-based training for about 5000 middle and senior-level managers and about 12,000 junior executives. During my engagements with several companies over the past 50 years, I have had the privilege to interact with executives at different levels. Some of the companies or their subsidiaries across the globe were: 3DGS (Dassault India), Areva, Atlas Copco, Alstom, Amphenol, Bajaj Tempo, Bank of India Cap Gemini, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Eaton, Faurecia, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Honeywell, HSBC, Human Factors International, IBM, Infosys, Kanoo Group, KPIT, Larsen & Toubro, MICO (Bosch India), Persistent Systems, Primerica, QNB (Qatar), Tata Consultancy Services, WIPRO among others.
